Challenge

An industrial client required a collaborative robotic solution capable of learning and reproducing human-guided trajectories for repetitive tasks. The challenge was to design a system that combined intuitive human teaching with autonomous execution, while ensuring safety and repeatability.

Goal

The goal was to develop a complete software solution enabling the cobot to record human-guided trajectories using a teaching device, optimize them for smoothness and efficiency, and autonomously reproduce them with integrated collision avoidance and control.

Result

I designed and implemented the system, covering trajectory recording, data processing, optimization, and real-time execution. The system learned trajectories from a teaching device, applied optimization techniques for fluid motion, and incorporated obstacle avoidance for safe operation. This solution provided the industrial client with an intuitive cobot programming workflow.
